• Duties:
  • Monitor team performance
  • Perform weekly inspections on site, equipment, and vehicles if necessary
  • Complete PSI documentations, toolbox meetings, emergency drills as required
  • Train new employees and complete performance reviews
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
  • Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
  • Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the client

• Requirements:
  • Previous experience required in custodial, janitorial, or building management
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to manage team and instruct/direct teammates
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (25 lbs max) if required
  • Excellent communication skills
